Approaching our 5th year. Under the motto "Make today cheerful", the owner preps and bakes every single day. This page grows together with the shop's daily life.

Run by an owner who trained in Italy with 10 years in the food business. Dough made with Japanese wheat and house-cultivated yeast is slow-fermented, then baked one by one at 520°C. Served across the counter at a small shop.
